Talent and staff can connect their Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook account so the platform knows when they are busy. Imported events appear on their platform calendar and prevent double-booking; other users see only anonymous busy blocks, never event details. Connections can be removed at any time, which deletes everything that was imported.
